Roles We're currently hiring for the expansion of our Inside Sales Team. This is a telemarketing position and our sales reps call warm leads from various lead sources. These leads are then turned into appointments for our Outside Sales Associates.

Responsibilities

• Qualify Leads from our inbound calls and Internet Leads
• Have a professional manner
• Set appointments for our Sales Associates
• Provide a high standard of customer service for all inquiries
• Create a positive experience for everyone you come in contact with
• Ability to work with Sales Manager to accomplish sales goals

Training Our Inside Sales Team is part of the overall Sales Organization and is trained by some of the best in the industry. We encourage team members to reach their full potential within the organization.

Requirements

• Solar Appointment Setter
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce is a Plus)
• A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Be Goal oriented and driven for success
• Ability to work extended hours as required
• Able to make numerous phone calls daily.
• Flexible schedule, but nights and occasional Saturdays required.

Bonuses available when goals are met or exceeded

Pay: $15.00 per hour
